Cut into three pieces,
the Carolina Skiff hull can still float. The vast volume of
foam floatation and the positive buoyancy allows the
Carolina Skiff hull to keep everyone dry as you can see on
the photo below.

To show the rigidity
of the Carolina Skiff hull design, a Peterbuilt wrecker is
resting a front end weight of 13,000 lbs. on the bottom of a
Carolina Skiff hull, shown in this photo below.

Each of the Carolina
Skiff hulls have a vast amount of flotation giving the hull
one of the highest flotation values and strength to weight
ratio available. This allows the Carolina Skiff to carry a
full size Pick-up as you can see in the next photo and
demonstrate the load carrying ability of the Carolina Skiff
hull.
